Dear Manager, I am writing this email in response to yours concerning the new notice that we have just received from our club. To begin with, I propose that we seek sponsorship from book publishing businesses to address the problem of giving away free books every month. In exchange, we can plan certain book marketing events to attract book lovers and even club members to help promote those companies' reputations, which will help them increase sales. Second, in regards to the delivery delay, I've looked into it more and discovered that the cause is related to the book collection operation. As a result, I recommend renting a warehouse and then gathering all of the books before distributing them to the beneficiaries.
