A: Why did you join this language course?
B: How have you found the course so far? What’s been difficult?
C: What do you expect to gain after finishing this language course?
Question 1: Your friend is finding a suitable language course and he's asking you where he should study. You need to write an email to your friends to introduce about the course you're taking, talk about your experience here and advise your friends to join the course with you.
Hi Mia,
How have you been?
I've received your email saying that you are interested in taking a language course.
I recently completed an English course and found it to be really beneficial. I got a lot of opportunities to practice speaking English with native professors here, which truly helped me overcome my reluctance <~fear> (nỗi sợ hãi) of doing so. Why don't you come along and hang out with me? It'll be fantastic.
What do you think?
Drop me a line soon.
Love,
Caramel
Question 2: You cannot attend that last class of the course and you need to write an email to your teacher to explain why and also express your feelings and thoughts towards this course.
Dear Sir or Madam
I am writing this email to inform you that I will not be attending the last class on Thursday, November 5th.
I have a COVID immunization scheduled for that day, and I'll need to relax thereafter. On the weekend, I'll go over the lecture slides again, and I think I'll be able to grasp them. I was hoping you could give me any worksheets or materials you were planning on utilizing in class so I could look them over.
Furthermore, as I will be missing the final class of the course, I would want to express my gratitude for your outstanding lectures. I am now able to speak English more fluently and confidently after two months, and my other English abilities have also improved. I'm ecstatic to have been a part of this class and to have been inspired by your enthusiasm for the language.
Thanks for your support this whole time and I wish you good health and success in your life.
Yours sincerely,
Lyn
